I have lived here for more than 25 years. I like the convenient location, the layout of the apartment, the views afforded by high rise living and the courtesy of the staff.

The move in process was very easy. The leasing agent, Hailie, was so supportive and went the extra mile for me while I was applying to live in the community. Everyone here seems really nice as well!

POTENTIAL TENANTS READ THIS!

DO NOT PAY APPLICATION FEE UNTIL THEY TAKE IT OFF MARKET. I had to pay my application fee and administration fee BEFORE they verified my income (which took 24 hours), and within that 24 hour period all three apartments I was shown (and told there were no pending applications for) were taken up. When trying to get my refund for the admin fee and application fee (since I was told by management this had NEVER happened before), I was told I would only get 200 of the 300 of fees left over. Basically,... if you pay the application and admin fees, they DO NOT GUARANTEE you a unit (since they will not let you pick one until you pay the fee AND get your income verified). I will say Hailie was as helpful as possible but please read this before paying the fee. Paying your fee does not mean anything to this company, and they will give away your apartment and only refund you 2/3 of your money. Leaving me high and dry is not professional in the slightest.

After reviewing... your file, we did want to clarify that your application was never fully submitted on our end — it did not complete the 100 verification process required to officially enter our system. Because of that, no unit was ever formally held or assigned.

We understand how confusing and frustrating this can feel, especially when units are moving quickly. While application and admin fees are standard to begin the process, we’ll take your feedback seriously and continue to find ways to improve communication and clarity about the steps involved.

The location and staff are great. However I dealt with several serious maintenance issues when I first moved in which could have been avoided. Apartments should be thoroughly inspected and repaired before a tenants move in date.

Nice apartment in a wonderful area! The common spaces are to die for and the residents are so incredibly nice. Maintenance can be a little slow to respond but management is very helpful
