Arts Center Tower Apartments

Just moved in and not many issues so far. Sturdy walls. Sunroom is a big plus. I’m using it as my office since I work remote, so it does get a bit hot, but great natural light.

great community with lots of fun events every month. I love going down to the patio and spending some time in the fresh air. I also appreciate that the windows can open to let in air

Great community—clean, quiet, and well maintained. The office team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience.

So far, I’m really happy here. My roommate and I moved in about three months ago and haven’t run into any major issues.

Maintenance requests do get handled, it sometimes takes a little time, but always within a reasonable range. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely try to help whenever they can.

Amy and Hailie in the leasing office are wonderful. They are always welcoming and ready to assist with anything that comes up.

The rooms can get a bit warm in the summer, so you... should expect slightly higher utility bills from running the AC, but it’s manageable.

The location is great, right next to Whole Foods, not too far from Georgia Tech’s campus, and directly across from a MARTA station, which makes getting around really convenient.

There’s also a solid old-school style gym. If you know your way around exercises, it has everything you need for a good workout.

For the rent, I feel the value is very fair compared to other options in the area. Read More
