Amenities definitely need an upgrade. The pool area looks unmanaged. Bugs/leaves etc all in the pool and the chairs don’t look like they’ve been cleaned ever. Grills barely work etc. Overall apartment units are nice and it’s pretty quiet as well. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion as well.

So far it is decent! Communication with office staff could use some improvement. Apartment has a few issues to address but all together I’m mostly satisfied with my move

Everything went well. I didn’t have any maintenance requests, a few weeks after moving in I had an issue with a flickering light and when I put the maintenance request in they came the very next day. No issues or complaints here.

Great staff and community. Close to the braves stadium and other restaurants, also close to pharmacy store and grocery store.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The process was smooth and not stressful. I wanted the bigger apartment but it wasn’t available for my move in date but I like the one I’m in. So far I like it here
