Worst apt ever

Terrible service team, communication is basically nonexistent. Packages always go missing. Maintenance is slow as **. Shower water is awful. In the summer there are cockroaches everywhere, and flies literally coming up from the pipes. Everything about this place is bad as **. Never rent this apartment.

Other than being in a convenient location it is not worth moving here. Too many issues to name. But if you live in Atlanta in these so-called luxury apartments you already know what the problems are no need to rehash them.

Clean, quiet, management is friendly and responsive and most issues are resolved quickly. Just check your itemized rent bills because the 3rd party they use for water does not bill accurately.

Great location, nice size apartment, maintenance staff are nice and helpful. Only major con is, loud noise at 5am when trash/dumpster pickup. Overall a nice community.
