I LOVE the community! Nice neighbors, wonderful park/dog park,community events and spacious units.
The only downside is the cheap, zero soundproof flooring that replaced the thick wonderful soundproof flooring.
You can hear every step from you neighbor above you.

Good location and I enjoy the pool. The gym could have better equipment as there’s a lot that isn’t used and could be replaced with more common items like squat racks, etc
