When you go into the office, they are referring you to online. Every early person is not used to going online to handle their business not equipped for that so they need someone in place to help older people with processing whatever information that they are trying to do. because everyone is not computer wise so they would need a special person to help some people that need help in these areas gate always open people always following you in when you open the gate security need to get better on... their job then sleeping on the job in front of the office

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that not everyone is comfortable using online systems, and we truly strive to assist residents in navigating our processes whenever possible.
Per the lease agreement, all residents are required to... utilize the resident portal for service requests. This allows us to properly track concerns, ensure accountability, and provide timely service. As a small on-site team, this system is essential in helping us support the entire community fairly and efficiently. We are always happy to offer guidance in the office however the portal remains the primary method for submitting and managing requests and making rent payments.
Regarding the gate, it is only opened when there is verified damage or a mechanical issue, which does not happen often. While we work closely with our courtesy security team to help monitor the property, we unfortunately do not have control over tailgating when individuals follow others through the gate.
In the event of a true emergency, residents should always contact the appropriate authorities immediately. We appreciate your concerns and remain committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community environment.
