I give the maintenance team a 10 star review. They respond quickly and address the need and then repair it quickly. They go above and beyond helping the tenants. Special shout-out to Christian as he helped me with getting a large package upstairs.

Awesome! I love this community. Everything is really great! The location is amazing. It is near the North Springs MARTA station which makes it so convenient.

The entire process was pretty smooth, with a couple bumps right after moving in. Those issues were resolved very quickly and I've had no issues since.

The maintenance service is quite slow it usually takes a few days for them to come and check any reported issues. Additionally, there are often flies around the apartment trying to get inside, which makes it uncomfortable at times.

These townhomes are spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The community is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant living environment. The office staff is always nice, professional, and very helpful!
