The complex is pretty decent for almost 20 years old. There needs to be updates to the areas that are available: Grill area, car wash. A recycling area would be nice to have.
I do wish that my next door neighbor would be quiet. Very noisy, constant bumping around, slamming doors, stomping, ball kicking.

I really enjoy living here. It’s generally pretty quiet and there is a diverse range of residents. I have lived in Chamblee for 15 years and don’t plan on leaving!

I love living out here. It is quiet. The staff is so helpful. Maintenance is on top it every single time. They keep the community looking so clean. This is the first time I’ve loved an apt.
