I haven’t moved in yet, but from what I’ve seen so far, I really like the property. It feels very clean, safe, and well maintained. Gumi has been absolutely wonderful. Very professional, caring, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. As soon as I got my keys, we did the walkthrough, and he immediately took care of a few small issues that needed attention.

The only thing I’m a little disappointed about is the stove. It looks a bit worn, with several scratches on the top and... on the oven door. Since I love to cook, that was a bit of a letdown. Because of that, I’d give the overall experience 4 stars, but Gumi himself definitely deserves 5??

Overall I have had a great experience at the complex, neighbors are friendly and complex is relatively quiet and respectful. Only thing that really bothers me is how the buildings going into the apartment occasionally smell like weed and sometimes maintenance doesn’t seem to know how to properly fix things. Also there were multiple times I was over charged on my water bill and never got refunded even though I was told by office they would look into it. I would highly recommend this complex to... anyone looking for a nice apartment close to Atlanta.

I enjoy living in this community. I feel safe and respected, and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance Services are always prompt. The pool is always clean, and I use it often to workout and hang out. The monthly events at the leasing center was a great way to get to know some of the neighbors who attended. Hopefully this will start up again.
