Major Maintenance Issue
Let me start by saying I HATE leaving bad reviews!! However, this was the last straw! Today is 4/24/25. I have been here since 6/28/24. I am upset and have been MORE THAN PATIENT!! Esthetically the complex looks very nice! This review is not a reflection on the leasing agents nor the maintenance staff but rather a reflection on management because some thing’s have to be signed off by upper management. With that being said I have 3 leaking windows 2 in the living room and the window in the... bedroom. When it storms they leak very bad. It is not a drip but a running leak. I opened the 1st ticket July 20th 2024 for this issue. And, then I subsequently opened another ticket on Oct 2nd 2024 which was closed by the complex because the 1st ticket was still in progress. I’ve been told several times my unit is on the list to be seen by contractors that have supposedly been contacted to look at the windows. But, it’s obvious NOTHING is in progress and it’s been 9 MONTHS!! Today was the last straw. I’m in the kitchen and it’s storming when I hear something fall. At first I wasn’t sure what it was until I walked in the living room and see a chunk of molding and bits and pieces of the sheet rock that fell from the top of the casing of the window. So, not only do the windows leak but I am now dealing dry rot and based on how the pieces look MOLD! I picked this location because it’s quiet, it appeared to be well kept and it was close to my job. It’s coming up on lease renewal and I’m having to look at other options.
If I could post pics I would as I have documented everything…
