Disappointed with how our move-in experience went through! We received needed support at move in, all thanks to Fernando and John.

However few things that made us very unhappy.

1. We made sincere request and stressed that the unit must be deep cleaned as we have 5months but it was not done so, cleaned it ourselves and also for repair, we placed series of requests.

2. The rental offer committed to us in writing on email, based on which we made decision to move in; was not honoured, and this... we discovered while collecting keys for move in. They did not consider the request to reassess inspite of move-in issues.

3. The Main entrance gate is down since we moved in and we are learning that it’s not functioning from lover a year. Read More
