I love the community. It’s modern and well-kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our apartment coordinator does an amazing job with consistent and regular programming. Primary issues I have are related to parking. It would be great to have some validated guest parking due to parking competition from neighbouring businesses.

Okay property to live if the traffic will not bother you. Just like any building you must enter to access your apartment, from time-to-time there will be smells of weed and loud noises. Don't trust the men here, women are in and out their apartments all night. Many arguments throughout the night from multiple apartments.
