The apartment itself is very nice, spacious, and clean. We had some issues communicating with the leasing office about our security deposit, but we were able to handle it without their help.

On my second year here and for the most part it's been great. Lately residents and their guest have showcased a lack of respect for the community and it's tenants. From trash being left in the hallway on non-pickup days to trash in the parking garage to loud pool parties with amplifiers and microphones. I really like my unit and the proximity to town. I do not like large dogs in the halls off leash, smokers on the patios in a NON smoking community and ANTS! We've seen several this year even with... the ant baits. They're even at the pool area. The Apartment Life Coordinator is great and has cultivate some really cool events. Slightly disappointed that restaurants didn't move in like we expected. Management is pretty responsive.

Building is clean the apartment is really nice. I like all the amenities that’s included. My best part is the garbage takeout and the pool.
