RENTERS BEWARE!!!

Under new ownership.... There is wording in the leasing contract that allows management to start charging you for any kind of utility without your consent in the MIDDLE OF YOUR LEASE!!! They just added Xfinity internet onto our bill at $60/mo. and there is NOTHING we can do about it!!!! On top of paying $30/mo for trash valet that no one wants! There are nicer places to live that don't nickel and dime you.

Can't beat the location, on the Beltline and close to many bars, parks and restuarants. Very dog friendly. Excelllent staff. Wonderful neigbours. Like the pool upgrade!

I love living here but having to transfer my lease to a newly renovated unit has been stressful. I find out I had to vacate my current unit after asking the office myself. I'm not sure when they were planning on telling me but I was due to resign my lease less than a month before I figured out. I then had to decide whether or not I would accept the $400 increase in rent or plan to move to an entirely new property within two days due to fears of limited units. While I am happy with the… renovations they have done to the property, I am very disappointed in the way they unit renovations have been handled.
