I am retired and live almost exclusively on my social security. The rent I pay for the smallest 1-bedroom is approximately 50% of my total income, which is not a good ratio for housing!
Other than that, I've enjoyed living here for over 4 years.

Maintenance and business office is great and extremely helpful! Apartment is close to great food, shopping and events in downtown Canton. Very satisfied with living here, going on my third lease.

Everything is fine, rent is too high! New management team seems to be on top of things! Elevator breaks down too much.
Back basement door finally locks, and key fob is needed to gain entrance.
