Great place to live. Close to downtown canton with great food, wonderful park and plenty of events happening at The Mill which is walking distance from the apartment. Maintenance is fast and business office is very helpful and quick to respond! Again, great place to live!

Location, maintenance and business office is great! Location is walking distance to great food, shop and events. Maintenance gets work orders completed in a very timely and professional manner and the business office answers all questions and concerns in quickly and professionally.

I am retired and live almost exclusively on my social security. The rent I pay for the smallest 1-bedroom is approximately 50% of my total income, which is not a good ratio for housing!
Other than that, I've enjoyed living here for over 4 years.
