Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at Clairmont Reserve. The location is excellent—especially if you’re connected to Emory University. It’s right across from the Clairmont campus, walkable to trails and shops, and the Emory shuttle makes getting around very easy. The complex itself is well-kept, with nice landscaping, a pool, gym, and clubhouse that add real value. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and in a quiet area of the community.

That said, there were two parts of the move-in... process that could be improved. First, the website had frequent glitches while I was applying and signing my lease, which made uploading documents and checking my status a bit frustrating. Second, it took longer than expected to get my lease fully finalized and receive confirmation of my apartment unit.

I think the area that could be improved on is probably security, like having gates at the entrances that are resident access only. Other than that, you do occasionally hear train sounds.
