Chamblee City Heights Apartments

My experience at Chamblee City Heights has been wonderful so far. The property is well-maintained and clean. The pool and clubhouse are beautiful. The fitness center offers a decent amount of space and equipment, and group fitness classes are offered to residents twice a month. Chamblee City Heights is also very pet friendly with ample space for dogs to walk and a pet spa available for all of your grooming needs.

In addition to the amenities, the staff here is highly approachable and... professional. Both the leasing office and maintenance staff are highly responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests. The property is also very secure, requiring the use of a key fob for entry into all buildings and elevators. There is a gated parking deck for residents as well as limited street parking.

As with any apartment community, there are a few drawbacks. I can clearly hear my upstairs neighbor walking enthusiastically across the floor and there are also rather frequent elevator outages. Read More

We’re really enjoying our stay here. The leasing staff has been wonderful, and both the facilities and maintenance team have been excellent.

I love living at Chamblee City Heights! The apartment layouts are so spacious, and the amenities are wonderful. Whenever I’ve had an issue, the staff respond so quickly. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great location. Maintenance staff is super timely and understanding of any issue! Amenities are great and very clean, front office staff is super personable and helpful

Overall the community is not well kept. There’s been the same trash around the building for weeks. No control over pet waste. Every morning there’s piles of pet waste on the front lawn and nothing is ever done about it.
