Debbie, Lisa and Erica were such a breath of fresh air compared to what I experience looking for a rental home along Buford Highway or 285 E., Clarkston, Norcross. Erica was so empathetic with her renters… It seems like she cares about everybody. Debbie and Lisa both jumped in to help when Erica had to go out of town. And I was able to get a great unit in about two weeks. All the people here are nice. It’s a beautiful property, swimming pool, workout facility and I walk my 80-year-old friend... around the newly pavedparking lot three times a week. The units are spacious and you get everything you want including a washer and dryer., So convenient the two guys that really help out around for maintenance are Judson and Dan and their real nice guys ready to help and always have a friendly word. We love it here and we signed a 15 month lease And got one month free. Well managed and well maintained this is the place for you.

Erika was wonderful during the entire process. She was very informative and responded promptly to any questions or concerns that I had. She made moving here an easy decision. The complex is very clean and well kept. They are continuously working hard to improve the community, and are very accommodating.

From the very beginning, the entire move-in process was smooth and stress-free. Lisa and Ms. Debbie were absolutely amazing—both were incredibly helpful and maintained great communication throughout. I viewed the apartment on a Thursday, applied on Friday, and by the following Wednesday, I was approved. The efficiency and professionalism made my transition seamless.
