They respond promptly to maintenence request. The property is well maintained. The amenities are delightful. The studios are spacious. Overall a good find in a really expensive city.

My new tenant file doesn't reflect the truth. There should be an audit. The check list completed is fraudulent. None of the outlets in the livingroom as well as the front porch light work, circuit breaker needs to be replaced. I wasn't able to walk the Apt unit until the day that I moved in bc it had no power. Dishwasher is completely broken with dirty disgusting smelling water inside of it. Spider webs on the ceiling above the stairs. The rain drainage system is faulty causing the rain to pour... from the damage drain smacking into the wood fence as well as the brick wall right outside of my apt unit. This is highly unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. I do not recommend. I am so disappointed.

It's been great staying here these last few years. The complex is so nice, clean and quiet. It feels very safe to walk around with my daughter and everyone is so friendly. The staff at the leasing office are always helpful and get things done quickly.
