Maintenance checks seem more frequent than necessary. We had fire sprinkler and extinguisher inspections, then another maintenance check just a couple weeks later. why couldn’t have been done at the same time instead of residents having to rearrange their schedules multiple times.
An upstairs plumbing problem flooded my apartment, and I had industrial fans running in my unit for a week straight, which was loud and disruptive. For all that inconvenience, I received a $150 credit.
I’m also still... dealing with the insurance process from that incident, which has been frustrating and time-consuming. I understand the apartment complex may not be responsible for handling the claim directly, but better communication and guidance would have gone a long way.
The staff has always been polite, but I think there needs to be more consideration for residents’ time and a better process for handling situations like this.
