I am having issues with maintenance taking care of items I need fixed in my apartment. The maintenance items were turned in to leasing office a month ago and nothing has been addressed.

Since move in things started off shaky because of some admin errors but they soon iron out to help me and my family move in nicely.
At times I feel the maintenance can do better with servicing the complex.
As well as the amenties, things should be up and running and we should know when it will be open to use such as the pool and tennis court.
But things are ok, some neighbors are nice when speaking to and others feel they own the complex.
But as of now things are ok as far as living here.

4 year resident. Nice place to live. Rachel and Lisa are the friendliest staff on property. They make you feel right at home here in Orchard Springs. The layout of the apartments are nice and the landscaping always makes the property looks nice. The residents are also friendly. The property always have monthly social events for tenants and family. I would recommend this property as a good place to rent.

Everyone is very nice whenever I have a maintenance issue it’s taken care of. I really enjoy living here. They keep the ground clean. If you have a question about what going on in the community, they will let you know.
