4 year resident. Nice place to live. Rachel and Lisa are the friendliest staff on property. They make you feel right at home here in Orchard Springs. The layout of the apartments are nice and the landscaping always makes the property looks nice. The residents are also friendly. The property always have monthly social events for tenants and family. I would recommend this property as a good place to rent.

Everyone is very nice whenever I have a maintenance issue it’s taken care of. I really enjoy living here. They keep the ground clean. If you have a question about what going on in the community, they will let you know.

I have lived here since 2018 and I have seen several changes in the office and maintenance staffs through the years. It was a shock to my system. I still have maintenance problems in my unit that was mentioned to the leasing office and maintenance that was never fixed. I know there has been changes in the staff,but my maintenance issues have been dismissed.
