Disgusted & Degrading

I visited Anzio Apartments today as a prospective resident and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I entered the leasing office, sat down quietly, and waited approximately 10–15 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the leasing staff. There was no greeting, no “I’ll be with you shortly,” no eye contact — nothing.

I completely understand if staff are busy assisting other residents or applicants, but basic professionalism and courtesy go a long way, especially when someone… is considering signing a lease and making a property their home.

The apartments may be competitively priced, but the experience left me feeling unwelcome and ignored. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one removed the property from consideration for me entirely.

Spacious apartments

My apartment is perfect and has everything I need. So far I have or had no issues. Maintenance takes care of you the right way and the staff is always so sweet and understanding. Definitely recommend the Anzio.

Great Service

The Anzio has been nothing but an amazing experience. From the stellar customer service from the staff in the leasing office, to the prompt response from the maintenance staff, the well kept grounds and spacious apartments, I can truely say I love it here!

Great New Home!

Angela has made a difference here at Anzio. I truly enjoy where I live. The communication from the office staff is quick and reliable. Laisaun assisted with my fridge and was able to fix the issue before my food spoiled which was important to me. I will recommend this community to anyone!

It’s a beautiful place to live!
