Maintenance takes forever to come and address any maintenance issues.. I’ve lived here almost a whole month and still have yet to receive my mail key which is pretty wild.. this is a supposed “gated community” with a gate that never seems to work

I like it here there are some nice things in the community however still can get improved. The trash gets packed really fast and sits on the side for days and my door hasn’t been fixed even though I made a request about 5 months ago, also the gates need to be fixed and I wish security was better with cameras etc because my car was broken into and nobody helped me.

Good experience moving into my new home. Easy process done in a timely manner. Few things still being worked on now but for the most part a good move in experience. Enjoy staying here

So far so good, The community seems to be a quiet and neatly kept. Other than that I have no issues as of now and once my patio is fixed I'll change to a 5
