Had a great move in experience thanks to K’Niqua. She was such a pleasure to work with during our moving process. And our first maintenance experience with Juan was also delightful. He installed our washer and dryer with such ease and was so kind!

Maintenance is excellent!

The maintenance staff is very dependable! If it’s a high need, they are to you in 10minutes! Juan especially is one of e best! He’s always pleasant, goes the extra mile and seems to overall be a good guy. I’ve been a resident here for 3 years and will be here another year.
