Upon moving in, I noticed a slight leak in the washers seal, took maintenance under 24 hours to come out and get it fixed!
Every staff member I have spoken to on the team has been very helpful even with my questions were repetitive!

I have really enjoyed living in my apartment and consider it a comfortable, convenient, and well maintained place to call home. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to arrange furniture and create a relaxing environment. Natural light fills the rooms during the day, which adds to the overall warmth and comfort. The kitchen is modern and functional, with plenty of storage and counter space for cooking and meal preparation. Love living here.Everyone is so friendly super clean place to live at love that they have two gyms and pools and a car wash also there dog park is very wide.

It's only been a couple weeks since we've moved in but we love it so far. The neighbors are nice and friendly and the community is clean and peaceful.

I’ve only been here at 53 West for 2 days, but I believe I am going to like living here. Everyone in the office are very friendly and helpful. I’ve had the opportunity to meet a few of my neighbors and they have all been welcoming. One of my neighbors even helped unload my furniture. I currently have a broken ankle and I am limited in what I can do, as far as moving things in. My apartment was very clean for the walkthrough as well.
