Its been great i have been living here since 2016 its very convenient there are many restaurants ,jobs,stores close by i have enjoyed living here and plan on continuing to live here.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. I had an easy move in and like the layout of the apartment and the location. It feels very safe and is relatively quiet. I like the parking area as there are plenty of spots available. I wish the laundry cards were digital since adding money physically to the cards is a hassle and the machine is in the office and only accessible when the office is open. Also, the pool seems to be closed a ton even during the summer. But altogether it’s been a pleasant experience... here!

Overall this place could be very nice but far from luxury. There’s been a ton of roaches in the house (infestation) where I live out of boxes and closed bins to avoid them getting on my items until I could get out and hundreds of rats around the garbage that is always overly full and on the floor.
The swimming pool is beautiful, yet it was open one day out the summer but closed the same day as one family invited 25 plus family and and friends to a 5 foot pool. The gym is small but convenient... when it’s empty. The second pool has frog and green water.
The playground needs help as it has broken fences and unfinished play equipment.
I can say I’m glad I was able to find a place in the time crunch I was in.
Maintaince bandages up a deepen whole. Instead of repairing to avoid future issues.
