The ground is well kept, the apartment is nice but I have only been here a few days and exterminators have been out twice to get rid of roaches. That’s a huge problem because they don’t seem to be going away. I am hoping this is a temporary problem

Maintenance
I have been living here since November. I have had a few maintenance request and for everyone I’ve had they have fixed or replaced whatever was needing attention at the time. They have always responded quick and very professional. I highly recommend Park at Abernathy to anyone.
