????? Exceptional Service from Carliss!
We recently moved into our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience, largely thanks to Carliss! She was absolutely amazing—she explained the entire process clearly, worked with us every single step of the way, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our family got the exact home we wanted.
On move-in day, the apartment was fairly clean (though I always like to add my own deep-cleaning finishing touches!). Despite some of the negative… reviews I’ve read, everything so far has been great. The community grounds are very well-maintained, the garbage areas are kept clean and aren't overrun, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with everyone essentially minding their own business.
The pool is currently closed due to a broken gate, and I haven't had a chance to try out the fitness center yet, but our overall experience has been wonderful. If you are looking to move here, definitely ask for Carliss!

Everyone in the office is rude and very unpleasant to talk to. They put people in these unfinished apartments and act as if they are doing you a favor when you need something done

It was a quick and convenient move in, would recommend if you need a quick place to live. However when I moved into my unit a plethora of things were not working properly (the washer machine, the kitchen sink leaked in multiple places, the dishwasher leaked, and a few other minor things). They charge for “trash” but they don’t valet it so I honestly don’t understand that part. The neighborhood looks a mess because the garbage containers are always overflowing and trash ends up on the ground.… Also it’s supposed to be a “gated community” but the gates NEVER work. But again if you are in a rush to get a roof over your head this is a good place to start.
