We have almost 5 month and I don’t have nothing negative about these condos. Honestly the place are really soft, friendly and nice. All amenities that you need, they have. The best part it’s the pool and the grocery store near.

We've been here for just over 2 months now and we absolutely love it! Lots of room to walk my dog with poop stations everywhere! The apartment is perfect for us and the neighbors are all very friendly. The staff is amazing! Very nice, quick to respond to requests and always very friendly. I love the shared garage option, much cheaper and affordable. I just wanted it because it's Iowa and hail is always a threat. Before I added the garage to my lease though, I was amazed at the ample parking. We... never had to walk far to get to the car and the shared garages are at each end of the building, so we still don't have to walk far. So much to love about Ironwood and the staff!

Management is near impossible to work with. There is no compassion from them when bringing concerns to their attention. For three months I was told to deal with the issue I’ve been having. Im not trying to dog on them but it’s making living here very difficult.
