I love living here, the staff is wonderful, maintenance is reliable, quick, and quality work is done. Love the size and layout of the apartment. Love the pet stations and all of the options for walking my dog, love that I can have a gate at my patio so I can sit out there with my dog without a leash. My only complaint is snow removal. The front walk doesn't always get shoveled and sidewalks are dangerous. I'm 64, have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis in my hip. I moved here so I didn't have... to shovel. I just can't do it anymore. There are salt buckets at each exit, and I do salt, but salt takes time, and a lot of the sidewalks aren't completely cleared either. My rheumatologist recommends walking and my pup needs walking. But when it snows it's just not safe for me to walk. I did renew my lease as I do love it here with regard to everything else. The staff in office and maintenance are so wonderful. If you have any problems they are on it. Close to Casey's, HyVee and Fareway. Walmart and Dollar General is close. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Did I mention laundry in apartment.

Living in this apartment has been a great experience. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Management is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I’ve felt safe and at home here, and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

Love living here the staff in the office is really nice and helpful also if there is a maintenance problem they come out the next day to fix the problem

We had just moved in and everybody so far has been very polite and accommodating. We did have some issues. Out here right away to fix them. Maintenance was very nice and did their job efficiently.
