I’m very happy with the floor plan/space of my apartment. Really don’t have complaints other than what I’ve expressed in the past with AI Shari- not a fan.
I’m coming up on lease renewal again & its upsetting to have such a hike in rent each renewal- you’re literally MAKING me move out. Currently I don’t have a job, there was restructuring & my job was eliminated. I know of others that have been forced out due to rent increase, makes NO sense. I am a good tenant- rent always on time, take good… care of my home, no police called, few maintenance issues…… ? Why?

The move-in process was so easy and stress-free! The staff here has been absolutely amazing, and the maintenance team has been great as well. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I highly recommend Ironwood!

Overall, our 6.5 years at Ironwood has been positive, but with some important caveats.

- Communication with the members of the leasing office has been mostly positive, but it could improve in regard to notifications about 3rd party contractors. Ex. recently we were given no heads up and had roofers working from our patio.

- Maintenance is generally very responsive and effective in fixing what they're requested in to fix. We're especially thankful for Derrek who leads the Maintenance team.

-… Dumpster rules and regulations are frequently disregarded by many residents with no apparent meaningful enforcement. At times, it has been so bad that members of the maintenance team have been sent to clean up. This wouldn't happen with meaningful enforcement of the listed rules.

- Many instances of jr. high aged kids kicking ours and fellow residents' doors (and other destructive/theft instances) could be prevented with external building locks, but we have been told that that is not an option.
