I am freshly moved in (first apartment!) and I am loving it!! Friendly people everytime I’ve had to visit the leasing office, very clean space when I moved in. Appliances work great.

Great place to live and peaceful.
Coffee bar . Very good support and follow up from great maintenance team. I really happy the maintenance team working on tickets.

The hallway always smell great! There are some very kind and friendly people near me. Every member of staff is helpful and professional. Too many people are very careless with their trash outside and in the dumpster room and the outside garbage blows on my deck and the dumpster garbage quickly accumulates. The lack of cameras encourages cold dog walkers to skip the poop scooping in bad weather.

So we have lived in different cities and different states, bought homes and rented. Our experience with Woodland Reserve and Haverkamp Properties far exceeds our expectations. I’m a real person, this is not AI, it’s the truth. The Maintenance Team is beyond spectacular. We will always choose HaverKamp and Woodland Reserve.

Definitely not disappointed by these apartments. They offer really neat amenities, staff was nice, place is clean, just a good experience. That can’t be said about most other complexes.
