2700 Lincoln

Things have definitely gotten better here at 2700 Lincoln since my last review! I am happy to report that the apartment is fully functional after a rocky start with the HVAC system in the summer heat. The overall building is almost always clean and tidy, and the strange hallway smells have decreased dramatically as the months have passed.

The walls are still a bit thin, and people are noisy at night. It would be nice if the first floor walls actually went floor to ceiling, as there is a gap at... the top that allows noise, cold drafts, and bugs to enter the apartment, but otherwise we are once again in love with our unit! Read More

Staff is amazing, always helping me with my leasing problems! Great spot close to campus with many wonderful amenities (free coffee)! Maintenance crew is also on point, helping fix our washing machine!

I LOVE it here! Being close enough to walk to campus is the biggest plus for me, and the study rooms are also a really great feature. They have some super fun community events every month, which has been a great way to meet people! Would recommend 100 times out of 10!

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The study rooms are super nice and perfect for getting work done between classes, and the gym has everything I need without being too crowded. The staff is always helpful, and the location makes it super easy to get to campus. Definitely a great spot for college students!
