Perfect place to live post-dorms / grad school
I am happy to renew for another year at 2700 Lincoln. If you renew early you get the best pricing so I recommend doing that if you can. Moving is a pain and they do offer roommate matching if you need that. The office staff is super welcoming, maintenance is really fast, normally within a few hours of submitting a request. I can walk to class, there is parking on site so I don't have to store my car in some campus lot, they have nice resident events, the internet is fast and was upgraded the... year I moved in. The building is always clean and well maintained. I honestly couldn't recommend more.

Best apartment in Ames
I would say these are the best apartments in Ames the free weights in the gym are amazing the common areas are always clean the staff are super friendly and nice the maintenance team is realy quick and reliable and the price isn’t that bad for a apartment on campus
