I love the new management! Sam, Will, and Hannah, just a few awesome members of the team, are easy to talk to, listen to what you actually have to say, and respond quickly to any questions. Maintenance is quick to respond and get repairs done, too. Ian is just great!
The apartments themselves are spacious and are really nice for the price they are offering. The amenities are also super sweet. The pool, game room, printing room (free) and study areas are great for relaxation or last minute paper... prints. The lounge is also very large with booths, tvs and coffee (also free!). Love this place!!!!

Maintenance and Resident Events
I have lived here for 3 years and for all my maintenance requests over the years have been completed in less than 24 hours. If I put one in during the morning, it will be completed before I come back from classes. Not to mention it is across the street from campus!
This property also does frequent resident events where they give away food, drinks, or prizes. They are always very fun to go to and all completely free for residents.

Great Community
I love the team at 2700 Lincoln! They always have something fun going on for residents, the building always looks amazing, and the rooftop pool deck is the best spot to hang. Would recommend to anyone looking for housing right next to Iowa State!

Fantastic apartment!!
The Staff are so nice and they actually take time to say hi to you. Sam, Ian, will, and Spencer are my favorite people. Maintenance is speedy but rarely needed in the apartments. The pool deck and game room are awesome and management does something for the community at least once a month. Just last month, it was s’mores and a fire pit. Love this place.
Highly recommend because it’s also close to campus. If ur an engineer, it’s like a 20 minute walk to your farthest building. It’s also really... close to the college gym
