Great first apartment! Good area, great amenities, etc. Balcony is great, love the apartment. Floor plan is fantastic, along with washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and then some!

Living at Core Apartments has been a mixed experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to campus and nearby shops. The apartment layout is modern and spacious, and the included amenities like the gym and study lounge were useful. However, maintenance response times were sometimes slow, and noise from neighbors could be an issue. Management was polite but not always proactive. While the rent felt a bit high for the quality of service, the overall environment was safe and fairly clean... . It served its purpose during my time there, but I’d explore other options before renewing.

These always make me secured, and I feel comfortable to stay in the apartment.
