Great place especially for the price. The club house is very nice and even has free drinks for the residents. However, there are lots of families with small children that live here even though they are advertised as student living.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, it’s been a pretty good experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, public transport, and a few nice restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is decent in size and gets good natural light. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a reasonable time. It’s relatively quiet, though you might occasionally hear neighbors. The building feels safe, and the staff is friendly. Rent is fair for what you get. It’s... not luxurious, but it’s comfortable and meets all the basic needs. I’d recommend it to others.
