Mistake I couldn’t get the survey to respond so I hit all over and then it responded with saying I was unhappy with my experience. Not true. I was trying to give an excellent rating. I was very happy and didn’t feel like a problem. They wanted to do it. Thank you.

Living in this apartment community has honestly felt like paying luxury-suburb pricing for stress, instability, and constant damage control. The last week I have personally received 8 requests for reviews and the review I left was then brought up with cited angst by the staff on site as we discussed business unrelated. There is a form of malignancy that is pervasive in the culture of this leasing company.

From the outside, the property markets itself like a polished, family-friendly community.… In reality, my experience was repeated maintenance concerns, communication issues, shifting explanations, and feeling like residents became inconveniences the moment problems were reported instead of rent checks being collected.
What frustrated me most was not even the problems themselves — every property has issues eventually — it was the apparent lack of urgency, accountability, and consistency once those concerns were documented and raised repeatedly.
There were ongoing situations involving conditions in the unit that caused serious concern for my household and children. Instead of feeling supported, I often felt dismissed, talked around, or treated like reporting problems was itself the problem.
Communication from management frequently felt reactive rather than proactive. Promises and timelines changed, responses were inconsistent, and interactions at times felt unnecessarily adversarial during periods when families were already under stress.
For a community that heavily sells an image of comfort, safety, and professionalism, my lived experience felt very different behind closed doors.
I would strongly encourage any prospective tenant to:
document everything in writing,
photograph maintenance concerns immediately,
carefully review lease terms,
and keep records of every interaction with management.

Sincerely care Whenever there is an issue here and I bring it up to management or maintenance, they all see to really care and want to correct the issue.
