New tenants

Apartment was not cleaned before move in. Finishing touches not completed, no screens on windows, dog owners do not clean up after there dog and there's a dog station in courtyard ! Windows dirty on outside with mud. Other tenants do not secure door. Very disappointed in property management and maintenance after what was promised before move in. Hope we can break lease.
