My wife and I moved to the Flats at 131 in June of 2021. We were very exicited and have enjoyed our apartment from the beginning. The location is perfect for us! We enjoy walking everywhere in Beverly.

I have lived at the Flats since 2022 and I truly find the building and the property management team to be extremely helpful. The building is kept clean and it's a safe place to live.

We love living at Flats at 131. It has an excellent location—the train just a few steps away makes it perfect, and there are many places to walk to. The apartment is just the right size for what we need right now.

Awesome place to live. Friendly tenants. Clean building. Professional,efficient,timely repairs. Maintenance rocks!
