Great location, safe, accessible (2/2 with step in shower, not sure about others); no concierge. I do not smoke and I want a smoke free environment but do not care for getting "legal reminders" that ask me to turn in suspected violators. That makes me queasier than the occasiional whiff of cigar, cig, or pot smoke in the elevator.

You will feel Greystar trying to squeeze every penny from all the residents and their own staff. Live here if you wish to experience the bare minimum, as the staff is expected to address the concerns of 4 different apartment complexes while being underpaid and underappreciated themselves.
