Love Living at 212 Stuart!

212 Stuart has been a great place to live — amazing location, gorgeous apartments with stunning views, and a really helpful concierge team. The building is new, well-maintained, and move-in was super easy. Highly recommend!

Building is largely filled with students. As parents are paying rent there is not much care amongst residents about the community. Building has had multiple issues with rooftop area since opening requiring alot of closures and follow up construction. Building has changed concierge services multiple times since opening. Front desk doesn’t know residents. Largely anonymous feel. Don’t even know if we currently have a manager after last one left.
