Many things are taken into consideration regarding the price that our analysts... arrive at for renewal rates: seasonality, location of each specific unit in the building, view, etc. No two units are exactly the same and our team strives for transparency when communicating this to our residents. Our maintenance team works to complete all service requests in a timely manner; however, sometimes our vendors may need to order additional parts to complete repairs. We understand this is frustrating and we appreciate your understanding as we work as quickly as we can to make these repairs. We encourage residents to read their lease thoroughly before signing as we outline all policies and rules for our community so as to avoid any confusion. We aim to be transparent in our communication and provide the best experience possible for all of our residents, including those with furry family members. Per your animal addendum signed by all parties, located within the animal rules section, you are prohibited from letting an animal defecate or urinate anywhere on the property.
