Addison Apartments

Nos mudamos a Addison hace tres semanas y nos encanta. Estamos increíblemente felices con nuestra decisión. He vivido en todo tipo de viviendas y también he sido propietario de varias (condominios, casas unifamiliares, apartamentos, etc.), y algo es seguro: siempre habrá algo que se rompa o algún detalle por resolver. Para mí, como inquilino, lo más importante es cómo la administración maneja estas situaciones inevitables. Hasta ahora, el gerente de la comunidad, Gabriel, junto con Michael, el... equipo de mantenimiento y el de conserjería han sido fantásticos. Además, el sentido de comunidad aquí es algo que realmente se siente.

I’ve had a great experience living at Addison. The community has a really artistic and creative vibe that makes it feel unique and welcoming. The amenities are modern and well-maintained, and everything from the common areas to the fitness center has been thoughtfully designed.

The leasing team is fantastic; Michael and Gabriel are always available and incredibly helpful. Jeff, in particular, is super friendly and makes sure any work orders are handled quickly and professionally. It really... makes a difference having a team that genuinely cares about residents.

I’ve been living at The Addison for almost 2 years and I’m still loving it . If you just wanna sit in the back and swing on the swings like you were a kid again You can Game of pool Ping pong no problem we got it Have some friends or family over for a meal We have an Industrial kitchen where you can sit several friends and enjoy a home cooked meal . You have to come and look around for yourself YOULL FALL IN LOVE WITH ADDISON JUST LIKE I DID

Great property with tons of amenities and fun community events every month! I've really enjoyed meeting my neighbors and networking within the community. The Latch system is a great feature; it allows you to unlock your apartment and access amenities right from your phone.

There’s also a great variety of food options in the area.Jeff from the service team is fantastic; he completes all my maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Michael and Gabriel in the leasing office are always... friendly, professional, and available to help with anything I need.

Otherwise everyone at Addison is friendly and nice. The staff are very helpful and response to your issues or concerns in reasonable time .
