The Alyx at EchelonSeaport is a defining contemporary landmark designed by internationally lauded Kohn Pedersen Fox architects of New York. The impressive stepped tower design takes inspiration from Boston's Victorian neighborhoods full of brick and… brownstone row houses, and puts a modern spin on it, showcasing oversized windows with city, courtyard, and water views. The Alyx has a team of dedicated professionals who make luxury living welcome to everyone. Such a large mix of people who work here and the large number of apts who make up the population; it seems a balance is necessary to keep everyone at bay.

The Alyx, an upscale apt community is welcome to everyone and being a transient population; the people here do get along for the most part and strive to be more than just polite.

The Alyx is in a great location. Inviting lobby appeal manned by very courteous front desk personnel. ( Dan and Georgie are very engaging and always smiling.) The building is fairly new and well maintained. Summer is approaching and the pool is a real attraction - the largest outdoor pool in Seaport. Terrific place to live.

I have lived in the Alyx for a little over a year and love it. Great amenities and very friendly and helpful staff! The doorman makes fresh fruit water each morning in the lobby which is a nice touch. I used to live and 212 Stuart and loved it as well, Greystar does it well!
