PROS...they are very good about having community events that they pay for. The free lobby coffee, latte, capo...machine is great. The fitness room has enough machines. The staff is good with packages. The cleaners are good. The elevators in #99 work well. It's quiet. Classy and not trashy residents. Amenity areas are nice and well maintained. The bldg's engineering staff is responsive.

CONS...we wish the BBQ grills worked and or work correctly. We wish all the fire pits worked and or worked... consistently. We wish the fitness room had more 5 to 35 lb dumbells, mats, ankle weights, large fitness balls and other accessories. We wish the fitness room's Echlon work-out class screen worked. There's too many dogs.
