Moved in on Friday. The Smith Team is very welcoming and helpful! From the apt tour, to signing the lease and completing the paperwork, to booking a loading dock, and disposing of the packing material, it was very easy! Thanks for making the move-in process smooth!

I’ve been here for two years construction the two years I have written one condo went up and every morning all I hear is the sound of construction literally starting at 4 AM when they dump a dump Been and the construction starts at 7 AM on the dot it’s frustrating to see that especially when it looks into my apartment so both. And it’s blocking my view of the water
