I have been here for a little over a year and the staff has been amazing especially concierge Manny, he is definitely missed, Jennifer, Joy, Naz and a few others I don’t know their names, the cleaning staff and also management team.
The only issue I have is that the outside firepits are never working except for the one on the 12 floor. Besides that the units are nice. And when you put a work order in it gets fixed right away.
I also like that they are big on building a community with the... residents.

Great amenities, staff and people is very friendly. In the summer time is amazing to have the rooftop and the pool.
It’s our second year renting at the Smith and we are very glad to live here.

I love living here. It’s like a hotel. Everything is so clean, quiet, and the staff is great. The amenities are amazing, the rooftop pool in the summer is unbeatable.

It has been a delightful 4 years at The Smith. The Community is so diverse. Love all the fur baby's that live here too very friendly n cute. The Community gathering have been a blast to attend
