I recently moved into the smith. it has been a wonderful experience so far - Lilah the leasing agent I worked with was exceptional and when I finally moved in the other leasing agents were, and continue to be very kind and helpful. There were a few maintenance things that needed to be addressed in my first couple days, and Remy and Mo fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for an apt!

The onboarding is very thorough regards communication, if anything, maybe a little too thorough - a lot of repetitive emails that can get somewhat overwhelming and create a level of confusion.
