We were sold on an idea that heat and hot water were included, but that turned out to be false. The shower rod broke and we’ve asked maintenance personally for a replacement and have yet to receive one. I spoke with maintenance over the summer and informed him of multiple outlets not working in addition to the leak in the bathroom and have not received a follow-up after being told I would.

The people who work at Jefferson at Dedham Station are the nicest most professional people.
However they do seem overworked and understaffed, occasionally things aren't fixed and items are closed out. Amenities never seem to work at full capabilities and updates regarding them are far and few between.
