We were sold on an idea that heat and hot water were included, but that turned out to be false. The shower rod broke and we’ve asked maintenance personally for a replacement and have yet to receive one. I spoke with maintenance over the summer and informed him of multiple outlets not working in addition to the leak in the bathroom and have not received a follow-up after being told I would.

Thanks so much for your feedback! Just to clarify, tenants pay for electric and water/sewer, while gas (for heat and hot water) is included.
