I love the area, the people who work hear Monday through Friday! Weekends things tend to fall off, from cleanliness in the building to the concierge not opening the doors and just sitting on their phones then digging for my phone to manage to unlock the doors. The dog park needs a-lot of help/love, and doordashes or Amazon packages being left in the doorways rather than at the desk. Luis, Becky, and Geo are the ones I see hustling and bustling and going out of their ways to help out residents.... But when it comes to people and neighbors, it’s a different ball field. Maintenance is always a 10/10!

Pros: Staff are really nice and welcoming. Reception is always kept clean and tidy.

Cons: Gym equipment has not been working since I moved in. And we have had constant issues with hot water in our unit since move in.
