No, it would not be good for the Shipwright , as many residents are expressing the same frustration and disappointment with the state of the building and behavior from many new residents.. very disheartening... I guess , it is what it is..

I’ve been living at The Shipwright for about a month and have had a good experience overall so far. The building is well-maintained, and the community has been welcoming. The location is convenient, and the amenities are a nice addition.

There are a few areas that could be improved, such as keeping shared spaces like the dog park cleaner and ensuring systems like the fire alarm run smoothly, but overall it’s been a solid place to live and I’m looking forward to continuing my time here.
