In love with my new place here. Maintenance is always prompt when needed. Building is nice and clean . I am always getting compliments from friends on how good the halls smells. Friendly management, great stuff and awesome amenities. The app makes life easier and the emails reminders with all events not only happening within the community but around the area is also a plus . Could’ve not asked for more.

I’ve lived here for 5 years now and it’s been great! The apartment complex is clean and modern. The staff here is very helpful. I love the grounds outside, as it is so grassy and green- it makes you feel like you’re in the suburbs when you’re only 20 min from Boston! Great location. And you cannot beat free garage parking for one car. Would 100% recommend!!

I've lived at RE150 for almost two and a half years and have nothing but good things to say. Carlo, Dana, and Kathleen are amazing and they make living here feel less like a business transaction. They're on top of everything and are eager to make sure you're comfortable and address any concerns. Neighbors are always friendly, whether it's walking your dog in the park or sitting by the pool people are always down to chat or say hello. The shared amenities are clean and up to date and the location... is amazing for people commuting into the city for work. You can be at Assembly in five minutes when the shuttle is running and it only takes a half hour on the T to get to Harvard Square. Read More

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, well-kept, and feels safe. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled fast, and the amenities are always in good condition. It’s been a great place to call home

We have lived in the building for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The units are larger than average, have newer efficient appliances and tall ceilings that make the space feel even bigger. The amenities have been so nice to have especially the pizza oven and grills and they are never too crowded to use. The property management staff is extremely kind and the maintenance staff is fast to repair and very respectful and polite.
