Avana East Main is an apartment community in Norton, MA
Overall -- not thrilled with actually living here -- walls are not soundproof -- can hear high volumes from neighbors at all hours -- as mentioned the upkeep is lax of the inside of the building I reside in. I think the office hours are need extending (open at 10:00 and close at 5:00)-- they are open during business hours with limited Saturday hours -- closed on both Sundays and Mondays not ideal for a working professional. So far it's pretty much a bummer.

Do NOT move here. The cost is insane for the quality and space of an apartment you are paying for. The management is terrible, you cannot get in touch with a real person anymore as they switched over to AI. They are always understaffed, it takes the maintenance team months to find solutions to issues. 10/10 would never have moved in here if I could go back in time and unsign my lease.
