LOOKS like better days a head!!

I have to say that meeting with the new owner’s and the management team I was sceptical on their promises to improve this location. As of this date I’m impressed with their willingness and commitment to us as tenants!!! I have to say that this property location would have been lost it not for the very capable and dedication of Caroline Quinn to do what they said would be done . I would check in with the office and talk with Caroline and Russell. Just to see if there was any thing going on. Being... a long term resident I have some insight into the working’s of what may or could be a problem down the road. Most of the time just to say hello. I see nothing but good things happening to bring this complex back to its original state. Thanks to the very capable team of Caroline Russell and let’s not forget the amazing maintenance team. I have high praise for them. Always did a great job when I had maintenance concerns. Keep up the great work.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!! Do not apply to live here!! They required a $500 “holding deposit” then refuse to give you back your money for 30 days if you do not move there!!!

Very unprofessional management!!!

We tried to call everyday for two weeks and nobody picked up! We were finally able to schedule a tour at 4:00 on a Saturday and drove one hour to get there. She was 10 min late and she did not apologize!! Then, she maid us wait 30 more min to come and tell us that she’s really busy and we have to reschedule!! Very unproffisional!!!!
