West of Chestnut is a beautiful, state-of-the-art luxury apartment community with spacious units and full-size appliances and enclosed parking garage, which is a huge plus. They also offer amenity housekeeping services, which is very convenient. What really stands out is the management and maintenance team, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents’ needs are met and are always helpful and responsive. My only suggestion for improvement would be cleaning the gym more frequently... . It would be great if the cleaning staff could mop the floors and wipe down the equipment daily, or at least once a week. I’ve lived in several luxury apartment communities where the gym was cleaned twice a day, so even a weekly deep clean would make a noticeable difference. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

I have been having a wonderful time here. The amenities are very nice. Not to mention the maintenance was very quick and efficient. Everyone who works here is also very nice as well.

Absolutely amazing place to live! From the moment you walk into the building, you can tell that the team here truly cares about the residents and the community. The concierge and leasing staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, & always willing to help with anything you might need. They make living here feel easy and enjoyable. The maintenance team and cleaning staff go above and beyond every single day. The common areas are always spotless, everything runs smoothly, and any issues are... handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that a lot of pride is taken in maintaining the property. The neighbors are friendly, respectful, and generally very quiet, which creates a comfortable and peaceful living environment. It truly feels like a community rather than just an apartment building. Overall, I couldn’t be happier living here. Between the outstanding staff, well-maintained building, and great neighbors, I never want to leave.
