West of Chestnut is a beautiful, state-of-the-art luxury apartment community with spacious units and full-size appliances and enclosed parking garage, which is a huge plus. They also offer amenity housekeeping services, which is very convenient. What really stands out is the management and maintenance team, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents’ needs are met and are always helpful and responsive. My only suggestion for improvement would be cleaning the gym more frequently… . It would be great if the cleaning staff could mop the floors and wipe down the equipment daily, or at least once a week. I’ve lived in several luxury apartment communities where the gym was cleaned twice a day, so even a weekly deep clean would make a noticeable difference. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
