Continue to enjoy living at the Eliot. Community manager and assistant manager always very helpful and friendly. Maintenance has been very good as well when needed.

We’ve noticed very positive changes in recent months, with a responsive and proactive management team that truly takes care of any issues or concerns we have. Our recent experience with the maintenance team was excellent—they addressed our service requests quickly and were very considerate of our schedule, especially with a newborn at home. They kept the time slot we requested and resolved the issue efficiently. It’s reassuring to see such commitment and professionalism. We really appreciate the... improvements and the care they show for residents.
