Great place to live, directly across from a clean, open park for dogs and easy blue line access down the street. Facilities and staff are easily reachable, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance and communication is taken seriously.

Because the building management issues were so bad for so long and Greystar did not provide a remedy, I am reluctant to recommend the building. We were treated as if we were snowflakes and essentially gaslighted. We're taking a wait-and-see stance, observing how new management fixes the problems left behind by the last unpleasant regime. We like the work done by Kim and Mike, so I anticipate that things will improve.

The service I received from Kim was exceptional since my arrival in May 2024, and I had a smooth transaction in November. She has gone above and beyond to help and assist me whenever I asked. Kevin has also done a good job fixing my broken items. Overall, the staff is friendly, the place is kept clean most of the time, and they are accommodating regarding security.
