Love this beach front property with convenient access to the Wonderland T station! Modern and beautiful with all the amenities, at a fair (for Boston :)) rental rate. Leasing staff is also helpful and responsive!

Great place to live, directly across from a clean, open park for dogs and easy blue line access down the street. Facilities and staff are easily reachable, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance and communication is taken seriously.

Because the building management issues were so bad for so long and Greystar did not provide a remedy, I am reluctant to recommend the building. We were treated as if we were snowflakes and essentially gaslighted. We're taking a wait-and-see stance, observing how new management fixes the problems left behind by the last unpleasant regime. We like the work done by Kim and Mike, so I anticipate that things will improve.
