Quiet and clean apartment! Close to public transportation and nice neighborhoods. The building is well maintained and management has been responsive whenever I've needed anything. Walking distance to grocery store and cafes. Overall a comfortable place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone looking in this area.

I've been at Arris 4 years and have enjoyed living here. Management and Maintenence are great. I just wish they had after hours concierge and package controls I have had packages stolen and when delivery drivers do not leave packages in mail room and just leave in vestibule things will get stolen because there are no safety measures in place with an open to anyone vestibule.
