been loving the location, amenities, & the help from the front desk. the apartment space is exactly as we toured with clean and modern furniture.

We love the building and the area, but in this comment, I would like to address some points that bother us:
1.- Garbage Chutes - The system needs upgrading. When someone does not close the door properly in their floor, it doesn't allow anyone else in the whole building to put their trash in the proper chute door. This causes garbage to accumulate in the trash room and requires additional labor to clean the room and reset the system. I appreciate the maintenance and janitorial staff who have... to come frequently to reset the chute doors and clean the rooms, but this should not even happen.
2.- The floors around the elevator and in the hallways are frequently dirty, even though I see the janitorial staff working, especially in the winter when residents walk with wet boots. Maybe there aren't enough cleaning staff for the number of people who use the building?
3.- The sixth-floor hallway carpets are looking very dirty and are past due to be replaced. Read More

My apartment is attractive, bright and cheerful. The river view is beautiful and the location is very convenient to restaurants and shops. Maintenance staff replies quickly to requests for repairs. The common areas and amenities are clean and attractive. There are a few annoyances, but basically I like living here.

Friendly concierge, very accessible to the MBTA Orange Line, and awesome amenities. I wish that they would bring the pool table back, or wish that we had more recreational amenities (like cornhole, foosball, ping pong, etc.) and it's unfortunate that my partner bought a pool cue set in anticipation of Montaje having a pool table, but it has since been removed with no notice on a possible return. We need more social recreational activities because it's pretty barren and bland. My experience has been great. I especially appreciate the convenience of the parking facilities, which makes daily life much easier. Also, Robert Mathis is an outstanding professional—extremely helpful, proactive, and pleasant to deal with.
