You’re essentially paying for the location. The sound is pretty good in the tower side. You can’t really hear your neighbors much at least but there’s really obnoxious residents that are often very out loud in the gym and common spaces. They’ve also started letting personal trainers into the gym, which is really loud and takes up so much space in an already tiny each sized gym.

Montaje has been a great living experience. Assembly Row is convenient and the people are friendly. Any issues we have with our unit are remedied quickly by staff.
