My apartment is beautiful as well as the grounds. The staff are always respectful and great at what they do. I live alone and I love the secure feeling I have in my home. It's a beautiful place to reside.

The Landing at Vinnin Square is a great place to call home! Very quiet and lovely surroundings. Friendly neighbors make it feel like a community. Maintenance people are very prompt!

During my time trying to find a new apartment I looked at many apartment communities. When I came here I met with a wonderful Manager who said he would do everything in his power to help me when I was worried about being able to afford to be here. He told me that I was an example of the type of person this community wanted. He helped me by suggesting the best priced apartment for my partner and I . We have lived being here for the last four years. I am so happy with my choice. It’s our... hope that we will be able to afford to stay over the next years of our lives. As older residents we appreciate a reliable, respectful and efficient staff. We love the amenities we have been able to participate in and it is our hope that this community is not challenged by those who don’t understand that they can actually disrespect their own home. Our location is wonderful being able to drive by the ocean every day is a blessing. I’m so happy I found the Landing. It’s a place we really love calling home.
